Overall nice stay on a business trip. Perfectly clean hotel, very good breakfast, the location is absolutely perfect near including a supermarket and underground transport and downtown or the bus station. Lovely building and well-appointed rooms with a view of the snow capped andes. Central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel TV in the room;))

We had the chance to stay at this place in a high-level residential neighborhood with excellent restaurants and nice shops. The location was perfect for exploring the commercial area and enjoying nice walks. The room was large and comfortable, providing a pleasant and grand atmosphere for sitting in. The staff here were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Despite a few minor language barriers, the staff did their best to assist us, and remained friendly throughout our stay. They promised to provide a double room for us the next day, showing their commitment to excellent service.

The hotel's location was very convenient, being close to the metro and cable car, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, it was in close proximity to several embassies, with underground transport not too far away.

The hotel lacked hot water in the showers, which made it unpleasant to take an evening shower.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located in the Providencia district, just a few blocks away from the "Los Leones" metro station. The hotel is central to all the main attractions and we were able to walk to the Costanera center and Isidora goyenechea for better restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, with special mention to the waiter Pepe who made our first night memorable.
